Anita Hill, an American lawyer, and academic who accused US Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas, her supervisor at the time of sexual harassment. She was not believed, today Judge Clarence Thomas sits on the bench of the US Supreme Court. She was not believed, however, she opened the opportunity for others to step forward and take a stand against harassment in and out of the workplace.
